BASIC MISSION OF THE SCHOOL

By educating skilled staff in basic and master academic studies on the Business Economy and Entrepreneurship study programme the Faculty of School intends to contribute to a more dynamic economic life of wider territory of the Republic of Serbia through adequately and quickly disseminated vital knowledge in all areas of business economy, entrepreneurship, logistics and logistic management as basic needs of business people and all other users and providers of services in the unique chain of education and promotion of skilled personnel.

Methods of engineering and reengineering of organization and accompanying processes have significant role in education of students.

Engineering is technologically orientated method of organization design and business design, i.e. of implementing business actions and projects, aimed at achieving complex goals.

Reengineering i.e. fundamentally reconsidering and radically redesigning business, technological and other work processes is aimed at ‘dramatically’ improving the quality of effects, performances and other results and combining the strategy of advancing business innovation with the strategy of implementing major improvements in the business process. From above stated, the need for highly educated staff for relevant functions of modern development of a society and its infra-structure, transpires.

The school’s ambition is to inspire freshness into the ways of educating staff who will flexibly join business teams with experts on interdisciplinary projects.


Basic mission of the school is:

  • transfer of scientific and expert knowledge and skills;
  • developing scientific and expert knowledge and promoting expert practice in the field of business economy, management and marketing;
  • ensuring expert training for a number of occupations and businesses, as required by new technologies in the field of entrepreneurship;
  • to encourage promotion of student expertise in keeping with their personal capabilities and society requirements as well as expanding their interests for new knowledge and further expert education;
  • to connect education from different scientific fields and scopes of work through direct

  • to educate as many students as possible irrespective of national, ideological, cultural, religious or social background;
  • to constantly adjust study programmes to the latest knowledge and principles of learning as long as one lives;
  • innovation, development and application of new educational technology in transferring knowledge through education process and scientific-research work;
  • to develop the system of providing quality following the principles of constantly developing and implementing modern achievements in all spheres of the activity;
  • to follow independent course in developing and deciding freely on teaching plans while making it possible for the students to choose from the great many options offered;
  • to transfer academic spirit, creativity and inventiveness to its own social environment;
  • to cherish standard academic values, like integrity, collective spirit, solidarity, freedom of thought, responsibility, tolerance, objectivity, high demand;
